Some issues of criminal liability for raiding

Abstract

In this article, the authors analyzed the issues of criminal liability for raiding. A thorough analysis of the norms of the
criminal code showed the need to adopt a new article providing for criminal liability for corporate raid in terms of managing a legal
entity. Based on a comparative legal analysis of legal literature, the authors concluded that there are three approaches to the
mechanism for countering raiding. The results of the study can be used in lawmaking activities of the Parliament of the Republic of
Kazakhstan, in the activities of law enforcement agencies as recommendations for the improvement of criminal legislation
