Legislative regulation of the sphere of health protection and national legal awareness

Abstract

The article discusses the socio-cultural features of the historical path of Kazakhstan and their impact on the legal
consciousness of society. These features should be considered when determining the directions of optimization of legislation in the
Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the protection of the constitutional right to health protection. The constitutional right to health
care and medical care is closely interlinked with virtually all other rights and freedoms of a person and citizen. In order to increase
the effectiveness of regulatory material in the field of health care, it is necessary to predict the main directions of optimization of
legislation in this area, taking into account the trends of the past and present historical experience, the specifics of legal culture and
legal consciousness of Kazakhstan society.
