Comparative analysis of foreign experience of local self-government

Abstract

The Republic of Kazakhstan is gradually reforming the system of local self-government, interrupting the practice of
foreign countries, in particular, the foreign model of self-government. The article gives the concept of foreign experience of
local self-government, examines the basic principles of legal, socio-economic interaction between the center and territoriallyseparated administrative entities, justifies the possibility of using foreign experience in the practice of local government of
modern Kazakhstan
