Using cellular phrases in mobile learning

The article demonstrates the effectiveness of the use of sign language in the learning process of mobile devices. The
analysis and classification of types of mobile learning applications developed in the sign language in the Kazakh languagehas been
conducted indicating the requirements for the development of the features and problems. Transition of spoken language into sign
language is a complex process because the versatility and commonality of words on the one hand and the accuracy of the texture on the other make it difficult to translate. There are few books and educational institutions for the training of specialists who speak sign language. Therefore, it is necessary to solve problems with the use of mobile learning applications as new educational technologies. Learn a learning model based on mobile device specifications and modern mobile technologies.
