Formation in future economists of legal competence

Abstract

The article is devoted to the actual problem of the formation of the right competence of future economics specialists. The article
examines the process of formation of the legal competence of future economists. The main problems of this process are identified and
the ways of their solution are outlined. The analysis of scientific studies shows that this problem in the context of adaptation of the
Ukrainian economy to the European economic space and labor markets is not given due attention: there are no common approaches
to solving the problem, there is uncertainty about the need to form legal competence of future economists. It is proved that the first
step in creating a system for forming the legal competence of future economics specialists is the substantiation of the methodological
foundations for ensuring this process. Important components of this is the choice of methodological approaches and principles.
The concept of development of economic education in Ukraine defines the requirements for improving the quality of training
future economists, which will ensure their competitiveness and professional mobility, foster their creative attitude to their
professional activities, strive to diversify it, enrich the professional information environment, identify creative productivity,
intellectual initiative, flexibility in resolving industrial conflicts, which contributes to the formation of an individual com- etentnosti.
However, the problems of formation of legal competence in future economics specialists, despite its growing importance in the
context of the adaptation of the Ukrainian economy to the European economic space and labor markets, are still subject to research.
