Abstract

The article describes the currently relevant problem - the increased anxiety of schoolchildren. Attention is focused on the
effect of anxiety on the psychological and physical health of students. The directions of work of the psychologist are indicated, for the prevention and correction of anxiety of high school students. The author presents and summarizes the methods: art therapy, bodyoriented therapy, positive psychotherapy. Given the interrelationship of these methods, their integrated use is proposed. The above methods can be used in work not only with high school students, but also with children of different ages. These methods improve the adaptive abilities of students in the rapidly developing world, help them in overcoming fears and many psychological disorders, reveal the natural inclinations of a person, thanks to which his self-realization is possible.
