Some aspects of the implementation of collection activities in Kazakhstan

Abstract

The article reveals some aspects of collection activity in Kazakhstan. Also, the procedure for formalizing the
relationship between a lending institution - a lender under a loan agreement and a collection agency - is considered. An
attempt is made to determine the forms and methods of collecting activities, as well as the procedure for its implementation in
order to limit certain possible violations of the rights and legitimate interests of the parties.
