About the objective party of extortion

Abstract

In article questions of the objective party of extortion as crimes against property on the basis of the criminal
legislation of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan are considered. It is offered to make changes to a norm disposition, having replaced
the words "compulsion" with "coercion" that reflects sense and values of the requirement of transfer of someone else's
property more precisely. Types of threats at extortion of someone else's property are considered.
