Оn trends of criminal legal policy after 2020 (results and intermediate goals).

Abstract

In this article, the author examines trends in criminal law on the basis of a new program document - the Concept of Legal Policy
for the period from 2020 to 2030. The main directions of “improving” individual blocks of criminal policy are updated. Key
problems in this area are noted and specific proposals are given for their inclusion as indicators of possible achievements.
