Abstract

The Eurasian Economic Union was created with the aim of comprehensive modernization, cooperation and increasing the
competitiveness of national economies and creating conditions for stable development in order to improve the living standards of the population of the member states. The implementation of the goals of the Eurasian Economic Union is closely connected with the
formation of common markets in various areas of economic cooperation. One of these areas is government procurement, which can
have a significant impact and mutually beneficial trade between countries in the framework of the creation of the EAEU. Howev er, to date, this cooperation remains poorly functioning. The reason for this are the numerous “barriers”, “exemptions” and
“restrictions” that remain in the legislation of the EAEU member states and require identification and removal. The EAEU as an
integration association has a pronounced economic nature. In Article 4 of the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29,
2014. specifies goals such as the formation of a single market for goods, services, capital and labor resources. [1] These goals are
among the fundamental. In this sense, government procurement can have a significant impact on the formation of a single market for goods, works and services of the EAEU member states. However, its creation is an extremely difficult and complex process.
