Subjects of social and labor relations in the field of social partnership in the Republic of Kazakhstan

Abstract

The format of this article reveals the subjects of social and labor relations in the sphere of social partnership. The formation of
subjects of the social partnership system, as well as the system itself as a whole, is possible in a market economy. However, the
presence of market relations does not automatically lead to social partnership. There is a need for a system of measures, both
ideological, theoretical, and organizational-practical, to help identify, represent, coordinate, and put into practice the interests of the
subjects of the social and labor process
