Abstract

This article is devoted to the issues of qualification of crimes related to the group of crimes of extremist orientation, in particular,
the concept of this group of crimes and the ratio of p. "a" part 2 of article 282 of the criminal code and crimes against the person
having a qualifying sign of extremist motivation. Possible cases of qualification of this group of acts on set are considered.
