Abstract

The article gives the concept and essence of financial and legal regulation of environmental protection and nature management
mechanisms in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The problems of the functioning of financial legislation are investigated when solving the
problems of the realization by law entities of their legal rights and interests in the field of environmental protection and nature
management.
