The system of social guarantees and social protection of the population in the Republic of Kazakhstan

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the essence and features of the legal regulation of the system of social guarantees and
social protection of the population. According to the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kazakhstan is a social state whose
policy is aimed at creating conditions ensuring a decent life and human development. The need for social guarantees arises from the social need to have a system of laws in the state that compensate for the social imperfection of the organization of production of
material goods and their distribution. The work carried out a systematic justification of the constitutional and legal support of social
protection of the population, analysis of existing social legislation.
