Тhe role of information technology in the development of the information society

Abstract

The article considers the role of modern information technologies. The basic technological means of information processing are
described. In addition, information about the system of distribution, storage and processing of information and the possibility of its
implementation is described. Information technologies are considered as elements and functions of the information society aimed at
regulating, preserving, maintaining and improving the management system of the new network society.
