Transformation of the Academy of Justice and improvement of the content of judicial education

Abstract

In this article, the author considers in the dynamics of the problem of the formation of the content part of judicial
education, its filling. The main directions of "improving" the professional competencies of the future judge are detailed. The
role of the Academy of Justice in the reformatting of specialized training of acting judges is noted, in the annual update of
professional educational programs taking into account world trends in this field.
