Some aspects of the prevention of organized illegal migration

Abstract

The article attempts to characterize some of the reasons for organized criminal migration of people. The circumstances
that form the illegal migration of citizens are explained. An attempt is being made to identify some aspects of preventive
criminal law, criminological and forensic measures aimed at deterring the criminal business engaged in organized criminal
migration.
