Abstract

The article covers in detail the policy of industrialization and foreign investment attraction and retention, the
international competitiveness of the extractive industry enterprise, and the ways in which they can take into account the
effects of the economic environment on the use of mathematical and heuristic models that prepare different options for
decision making. Features of innovative infrastructure development and acceleration of the dynamics of continuous
