Problematic aspects of (un) realizing the professional competencies of bailiffs (monitoring of legislation)

Abstract

In this article, the author considers the dynamics of the problem of legislative regulation of the activities of bailiffs in the
Republic of Kazakhstan. The main directions of improving the legal framework in the work of bailiffs and their professional
competencies are detailed. Based on the monitoring of industry, penal legislation, norms-gaps, norms-conflicts, inefficiently
applied and outdated norms are shown. Normative ways of solving these problems are proposed.
