Abstract

This article discusses the theoretical and legal issues of comprehensive protection of the rights of women and children.
The full and equal participation of women and children in political, civil, economic, social and cultural life at the national,
regional and international levels, as well as the significance, specificity and scope of international legal norms aimed at
protecting the rights of women and children are studied.
