Features of the development of the legal system of Kazakhstan

Abstract

The paper considers the development of the rule of law in the state and society. According to the author, the observance
and enforcement of the rule of law in the modern state is updated, on the one hand, by the fact that the rule of law is a tool to
strengthen the concept of legal policy and the legal culture of society. On the other hand, it is important that each person has
a personal perception of the ideas of legality and an understanding of the need to strengthen the rule of law.
