Aspects of constitutional and legal regulation of social security in modern realities

Abstract

The article is devoted to some aspects of constitutional and legal regulation of social security in Kazakhstan. The author
analyzes the normative provisions of the basic law and special laws, as well as novelties of the current legislation in the
system of granting social rights and guarantees to citizens. The key directions of the state policy in the system of providing
social benefits to Kazakhstani citizens are defined.
