International experience on the procedural agreement in the criminal process

Abstract

The article provides an explanation of international experience on the presumption of innocence and procedural
agreement. Procedural agreement, i.e. deal with justice – the process of reaching an agreement in criminal proceedings, and
that a number of foreign States on the territory of Ukraine widely study the features of the institution of procedural agreement
differ from the place of practice, the legislative experience of foreign States, comparative research, obtaining positive results
with confirmation of relevance, that in the course of legislative reform, to adopt laws, examining the experience of foreign
countries, provides for the creation of a certain system.
