Some legal issues of development and features of the institution of parliamentarism

Abstract

The article gives the concept of parliamentarism and its theoretical and practical issues, examines the structural and
functional elements, mechanisms of action of this institution. A review characteristic of the modern institute of
parliamentarism is proposed. Also, the article discusses the key points of the relationship of parliamentarism,
constitutionalism and democracy.
