The influence of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the formation of the concept of "environmental safety"

Abstract

The scientific article analyzes not only constitutional norms forming the concept of “environmental safety”, but also other
legal acts directly regulating the protection of the environment. The author proposes a new edition of the concept of
“environmental safety”, identifies types of objects of environmental safety, proposes the basic concepts of the concept of
“environmental safety”.
