Abstract

The article deals with the legal nature of regulatory decisions of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The
authors analyze the legal nature of normative decisions of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of
current legislation, opinions and positions of legal scholars. The role of normative decisions of the Supreme Court of the
Republic of Kazakhstan in the system of legal acts and law enforcement is defined.
