The role of the Constitutional Council in the constitutional development of Kazakhstan

Abstract

The article deals with historical and legal trends in the development of the constitutional Council, which play an
important role in the constitutional development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. As an institution of constitutional control that
has formed its own model of regulation through the constitutional Council of mechanisms for ensuring the rule of law in
strengthening Kazakhstan's constitutionalism, a comprehensive assessment and legal assessment is presented.
