Abstract

The article attempts to characterize the features of the application of the norms of the Constitution of the Republic of
Kazakhstan as sources of the formation of criminalistic methods of pre-trial investigation of criminal offenses. The norms of
the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan are the legal basis and guideline for the formation of private criminalistic
methods of pre-trial investigation.
