The rule of law and civil society: Uzbekistan experience

Abstract

The article discusses the theoretical and practical aspects of half-building the rule of law and the formation of civil society.
Attention is paid to the genesis of ideas about the rule of law and civil society, as well as attention is paid to the democratization of
power and the revitalization of civil society in the modern period. The author presents his vision for the further improvement of the
modern state on the example of Uzbekistan.
