Legal aspects of regulation of migration processes in Kazakhstan

Abstract

The article is devoted to some aspects of constitutional-legal and other legislative regulation of the
migration sphere in Kazakhstan. The author analyzes the normative provisions of the basic law and
individual laws, as well as the novelties of the current legislation in the system of regulating migration
relations. The key directions of state policy in the development of migration processes are identified.
