The article reveals the significance of an employment contract in regulating the issues of bringing the
parties to labor relations to labor law liability. An employment contract serves as a means of establishing
the rights and obligations of the parties to the employment relationship, including the conditions for bringing
to justice.
The author insists on the contractual nature of labor-legal liability, due to the fact that it arises on the
basis of an employment contract concluded between the victim and the Harmer, and occurs as a result of
non-performance or improper performance of mutual obligations assumed under the employment contract,
both by the employee and the employer.
