Improvement of methods of forecasting and planning in the management of the production complex

Abstract

The article discusses the problems of improving the planning and forecasting methodology in the
management of the industrial complex of Kazakhstan, and also gives a brief description. On the basis of the
study, an algorithm for creating a new planning and forecasting model is proposed. Based on the results of the
study, conclusions were drawn about the importance of qualitative modeling of planning and forecasting
processes for the development of the industrial complex as a whole.
