Some aspects of ensuring the rights and security of citizens

Abstract

The article is devoted to some aspects of constitutional-legal and other legislative regulation of the sphere of ensuring the
rights and security of citizens. The normative provisions of the basic law and individual laws, novelties of the current Kazakh
legislation in the system of effective mechanisms for ensuring and protecting the rights of citizens are analyzed. The necessity
of further improvement of the state's legal policy in ensuring the security of citizens ' rights is determined.
