Regional tourism and recreation infrastructure: еlements and features

For the successful functioning and development of the regional tourism market, the composition and condition of the
elements of the tourist and recreational infrastructure is essential. The article substantiates the factors that influence the
components of tourist and recreational infrastructure; determines the factors that have a positive and negative impact;
reveals the content of each of the elements involved in the provision of all types of tourist and recreational services in the
region. The authors emphasize that today there is an active discussion among researchers and practitioners about the
inclusion of certain objects as elements of the regional tourist and recreational infrastructure and argue their own position on
the formation of the tourist infrastructure of the region.
