Improving students 'communication skills based on the professional training system

Abstract

Problems of modern advanced development, renewal, and improvement in society, there is an increasing need for specialists
who are confident in their abilities and knowledge in the field of training future specialists for professional activities. The
peculiarities and changes taking place in the Kazakh higher education system set certain goals and tasks for the implementation of
solutions to the most controversial issues related to modern reforms and their assessment. The peculiarities and changes taking

The maturity of students in the ranks of both qualified and educated specialists determines the specific features of professional
training. From the point of view of the problem of competence, the main problem is the search for new effective methods of
introducing novelty in the content of education. In the formation of professional readiness of the future teacher, the flexibility of
the profession in the individual is manifested in the propensity to certain activities. The process of professional development
depends on professional success, its satisfaction in accordance with the type of person in the professional environment.
Currently, the training process provides for a high level of theoretical base of scientific knowledge provided to students,
expansion of professional training profiles, integration of academic disciplines, professional adaptation, wide use of active
teaching methods that increase students ' creative abilities.In the article, along with the problem of studying the communicative
competence, the theories of formation of future specialists are presented.
