Classification of buildings and structures in Uzbekistan for their assessment

Abstract

The article on the basis of a comprehensive analysis classifies the existing buildings and structures of the Republic by their
types, purpose, service life and capitalization, the service life of structural elements, which is directly required for their
evaluation, development of the Unified state register and cadastre of real estate.
