Formation of professional competencies of future cialists

Abstract

The article presents the pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional competence of students, which
define the concept of competence. The opinions of foreign, domestic and Soviet scientists in the formation of
professional competencies are presented. In accordance with the changes in the political, economic, cultural, and social
life of the country, higher education institutions, realizing their great responsibility, are aimed at training qualified,
qualified specialists, competitive, large-scale, comprehensively developed, who know their business in connection with
the changing content and nature of their socio-economic and spiritual development and increasing requirements for the
quality of work. In the implementation of these tasks, analyzing the state of professional training of future specialists in
