Abstract

The article is devoted to the actual problem of introducing project technologies in vocational education, which
contribute to the effective formation of professional competence in future specialists. It is noted that at this stage of the
development of society, the requirements for the quality of education and graduates have increased, as a result of which
the technologies of teaching are radically updated, the organizational and economic conditions of the activities of
educational institutions are changing, and the competition in the market of educational services is intensifying.
The purpose of the article is to substantiate the pedagogical conditions necessary for the formation of the project
competence of future specialists in international law in higher educational institutions.
The readiness of future specialists for professional activity depends primarily on their availability of practical
skills that they can apply in their work immediately after graduating from a higher educational institution. The article
discusses the features of the implementation of design technologies in higher education in the preparation of specialists
in international law.
The theoretical developments of domestic and foreign researchers in this direction are analyzed. The results of the
expert survey and our own scientific research on the research problem made it possible to identify and substantiate the
pedagogical conditions for the formation of the readiness of future specialists in international law for the use of design
technologies in their professional activities. Taking into account the specifics of the functioning of higher educational
institutions, a phased implementation of design technologies in their educational process is also proposed.
