Conditions for the formation of features of professional competence of future specialists

Abstract

The article considers the relevance of studying the formation of professional competence
readiness of a future specialist, on the one hand, to meet the requirements of practice, and on the
other - to determine the theoretical basis of such activities. Therefore, personal and professional
development, growth is an endless process of human development. At this moment, self-control,
observation of changes in society, communication with the environment, perception of the
versatility of life is determined by life and professional experience. In the article, the author paid
special attention to the knowledge of future specialists about modern learning theories, the
development of learning technologies, and the development of didactic thinking with novelty.
