Features of development of medical tourism and interaction of its main participants

Abstract

The article presents the mechanism of interaction of participants of medical tourism from the perspective of the
participants of the system, their tasks and interaction scheme. Medical tourism, both abroad and in Russia, has great
potential, since conditions are already being created that contribute to the translation of many services into digital

format. In particular, the interactions of its main participants can take place within the framework of a digital platform
where medical organizations providing services to foreigners and non-resident citizens will be registered. The portfolio
of such an organization will indicate the full range of medical services, information about doctors, accommodation and
accommodation during treatment, hotels and various services within walking distance. All patient data will be stored in
a personal account. As well as through the personal account, the possibility of receiving telemedicine consultations with
the intended doctor for the final choice of the clinic and medical service will be organized. The integration of services
among each other creates a unique system where everything is provided and thoughtfully in such a way as to satisfy all
kinds of needs of the patient in the best way.
