Problems of qualification of criminal slavery

Abstract

To determine a particular act as a criminal offense, the disclosure of all its signs is of great importance.
The correct definition of the signs of a criminal offense of the whole is helping to distinguish one crime from another
crime. Thus, in the qualification of criminal slavery, it is necessary to determine the object, the objective side, the subject and
the subjective side.
The Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan pointed to the distinctive features of similar and related crimes
with criminal slavery.
In this article, the main features of crimes related to the concept of criminal slavery are disclosed. The authors
defined concepts related to the objective and subjective signs of a crime.
