FEATURES OF LEGAL REGULATION AND GROUNDS FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS

Abstract

The article deals with issues related to the issues of legal regulation of the performance of contractual obligations, offering ways to solve practical issues by researching on a legal basis the specifics of the proceedings in the cases under consideration. In the course of writing the article, the peculiarities of domestic and foreign legislation in the performance of contractual obligations are studied, proposals for the implementation of norms aimed at improving the legislation of civil law are considered.
