Psychological preparation ofyoung football players.

Abstract

The article examines the current state of the problem of psychological preparation of teenage football players for competitions, defines «psychological preparation», characterizes psychological training in football, identifies the psychological characteristics of the personality of a teenage football player, and also diagnoses the psychological readiness for competitions in teenage football players and describes recommendations for the psychological preparation of teenage football players. One of the important tasks of the process of sports training of young football players is to find effective ways to manage training and competitive activities that ensure the activation of internal resources. A study is being conducted between the football academy and an ordinary comprehensive school on the psychological preparation of young football players.
