Motives that encourage older students to engage in physical education.

Abstract

The article gives a general description of motivation, as well as motivating factors for physical education and sports of high school students of secondary schools, on the basis of which conclusions are drawn about possible ways to increase positive motivation. The attitude to physical education among adolescents today causes a problem in society, which is expressed in the education of the need for physical education, motivation of motor activity. A sociological survey of high school students of KSI "N.G. Chernyshevsky Secondary School No. 1" was conducted, 62 students took part in the survey. The analysis of the study showed what the students are focused on. Accordingly, it is necessary to build further work.
