Abstract

In this research work, biologically active substances are identified among the species of wild plants growing in the Semipalatinsk region, as a basis for finding ways to use them in animal husbandry, that is, in food production, medicine. Artemisia obtusiloba, Plantago media L., Halogeton lomeratus, Equisetum arvensis from different ecological zones of Semipalatinsk were studied. The quantitative and qualitative determination and analysis of chemical elements in plant raw materials, as well as some biologically active substances in it, is carried out in the research laboratories of the Kazakh Innovative Humanitarian Law University in connection with research work. The results of the study showed the highest percentage of aromatic substances in medium plantain (5.23%) and the highest content of steppe sage and wormwood saponins (800). In general, it is confirmed that the composition of wormwood is relatively rich in macronutrients.
