Some topical issues related to the activities of non-governmental forensic experts in the Russian Federation

Abstract

The article points to the need for continuous improvement of the professional level and qualifications of forensic experts. The imperfection of the lists of genera and types of forensic examinations of various departments in Russia is noted, due to the lack of a unified classification of forensic examinations. The improvement of methodological support for experts is proposed. In order to form a regulatory legal framework with the help of which the activities of non-state (private practitioners) forensic experts and organizations in the Russian Federation will be regulated, it is proposed to study the positive experience of the functioning of non-state forensic experts in various countries.
