. "Green economy" and the ecological function of the state

Abstract

In this article the author lifts an intrinsic problem as ecological function of the state and its communication present,
the existing concept as «green» economy. The author in detail explains a role the state in ensuring ecological safety, through
the functions. Also emergence of ecological crisis places emphasis on the reasons. The author understands that for the
solution of this problem it is necessary to overcome human egoism, in excessive use of natural resources
