Features of the execution of the expert opinion on the study of signatures in copies of documents

Abstract

The possibility of studying handwriting by electrophotographic copies remains controversial, and therefore it is necessary to substantiate the suitability of such an object of handwriting expertise. The article analyzes the structure and content of the expert's conclusion based on the results of the handwriting examination of copies of documents. The author substantiates the opinion about the possibility and rationality of handwriting research of signatures based on copies of documents and features of the expert's conclusion.
