This article comprehensively considers the interaction of maslikhats of different levels with deputies of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and resolves topical issues. When considering issues of local importance and the tasks of maslikhats, new concepts and laws were used, and the functions of the relevant institutions and their officials were described in detail.
