Innovative activity of enterprises of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Abstract

In the article the analysis of innovative activity of processing enterprises of the Republic of Kazakhstan is carried
out.
Based on the analysis of literature data, it is established that low innovation activity is observed in Kazakhstan. For
2012-2015 years the level of innovative activity of Kazakhstani enterprises did not exceed 9%, while the passivity level ranged
from 91% to 93%.
Analysis of own research shows that from 2014 to 2017 the number of enterprises in the Republic of Kazakhstan
increased by 40.8%. In 2014, the number of enterprises with innovations of 8%, in 2015 - 8%, in 2016 - 8.1%, in 2017, 9.2%.
Thus, the number of enterprises introducing innovations in 2017 increased insignificantly compared to 2015.
